BUSINESSWISER™ FOUNDING PILOT PROGRAM
A 30-Day Activation Pilot for Product-Based SMB Owners
Gain Visibility. Improve Decisions. Build Management Discipline.
Most business owners don't have a cash flow problem.
They have a visibility problem.
Every day, decisions are made across pricing, inventory, purchasing, receivables, staffing, spending, and growth.
Those decisions determine business performance.
Those decisions determine profitability.
Those decisions determine cash flow.
Those decisions determine business value.
The challenge is that most business owners don't have a practical way to see how those decisions are affecting the business until pressure begins to appear.
The BusinessWiser™ Founding Pilot Program was created to address that challenge.
This pilot introduces participants to selected components of the BusinessWiser™ methodology through a structured 30-day activation process designed to improve visibility, identify priorities, and establish a repeatable management process.
Meet Robert Livingston
Why I Created BusinessWiser™
For more than 40 years, I have worked with businesses in growth situations, turnaround situations, and challenging operating environments.
My experience includes Fortune 500 organizations, mid-market companies, privately held businesses, entrepreneurial ventures, and business ownership.
During the past seven years, I have also worked directly with SMB owners as a consultant, advisor, and facilitator of an SMB Advisory Circle, helping business leaders navigate growth, profitability, cash flow, operational performance, and long-term business success.
Over the years, I noticed something remarkably consistent.
Most business owners believe they have a cash flow problem.
But cash flow is often where the problem appears—not where it begins.
The underlying issue is usually buried somewhere else in the business.
Pricing.
Inventory.
Purchasing.
Receivables.
Growth.
Operational execution.
Management habits.
Or simply a lack of visibility into what is truly happening inside the business.
Those observations ultimately led to the development of BusinessWiser™.
BusinessWiser was built around a simple belief:
Better Visibility Leads to Better Decisions
Better Decisions Lead to Better Performance
Better Performance Leads to Stronger Businesses
The Founding Pilot Program is an opportunity to experience part of that methodology firsthand and determine whether it may be valuable for your business.
